Beginnings and Plans
Joseph Olin began this company in September 2009, starting out as just a 3 man operation.
Within a few months, SEM’s reputation for the quality of work the team was doing meant that SEM began to grow organically. While originally focused on process pipe fabrication, the company began branching out into other specialties. At the same time, the increased capabilities meant hiring more excellence-minded employees.
In just 11 years, SEM has grown to over 50 full time employees, and occasionally hiring on almost double that for large scale jobs. Our facility has gone from a garage to a 15,000 square foot office and warehouse, with plans to double that within the next year.
Our growth stems from our committment to providing quality service for our customers.
